(Where it sits)
Across the 119 frames in the roster, Revenant Prime sits in the top fifteen per cent for shield (4th of 119).
It is thin on armor (93th of 119), which is what a build has to answer for.
It ships with 3 polarities already installed, plus Naramon on the aura slot, so that much of the board costs no forma.

01 Enthrall 25 energy
Convert a target into a zealous thrall. Thralls turn on their allies and enthrall through damage. On death, they disintegrate into a damaging pillar of energy. The thrall horde remains under Revenants spell until this ability runs out.
Augment: Thrall Pact
-
02 Mesmer Skin 50 energy
Become enveloped in Sentient energy, redirecting damage and stunning all those who dare attack. Stunned enemies can be Enthralled at no energy cost.
Augment: Mesmer Shield
-
03 Reave 50 energy Subsumable
Dash through enemies as a wall of sentient energy, leeching shields and health from any encountered, enhanced for thralls.
Augment: Blinding Reave
-
04 Danse Macabre 25 energy
Erupt with a multitude of Eidolon energy beams and sweep a circle of death around Revenant. The beams will modify their Damage Type to target select defenses, while incoming damage is redirected back into the beams. Hold fire to boost Status Effects and Damage, at the cost of increased energy consumption. Thralls killed by this ability leave overshield pickups.
Costs are base figures, before efficiency.
How to get Revenant Prime
Revenant Prime comes out of Void relics — 27 of them across its 4 parts. It is in the Vault: those relics no longer drop, so the only routes left are a player who already holds them and the occasional unvaulting.

Build time assumes the 3 components build at the same time in separate foundry slots — 12 hours for the slowest, then 3 days for the frame itself. One slot at a time comes to 4 days 12 hours.

Revenant Prime — Mesmer tank, one-shot Reave
By Venkhar · Steel Path · endurance · 5 forma
Strength high enough that Mesmer Skin carries nineteen charges and Reave one-shots what it passes through. Range and efficiency are spent to get there.

This is ninjase’s build, written up here rather than invented here. The board below is theirs slot for slot; everything under this line is our reading of why it is shaped that way.
The whole build is one number. Mesmer Skin grants a charge per 16.67% ability strength, so strength is not a damage stat here, it is a charge counter — at 298% the skin comes up with nineteen charges, and each charge is a hit that does not land on you. Umbral Intensify, Blind Rage and Transient Fortitude are there to reach that figure, and the efficiency and duration those last two cost are the price.
Reave is the other half. It removes a flat percentage of an enemy’s health regardless of level, which is why this kills at Steel Path without a damage mod anywhere on the frame. An enthralled target takes five times as much from it, so the loop is Enthrall, then Reave through the thralls.
Equilibrium is the reason the build runs at 45% efficiency without starving. Reave heals and the thralls drop orbs; converting health orbs into energy is what pays for a spam-cast ability on a board with two negative-efficiency mods.
Two things on this board are options rather than fixtures. Thrall Pact is the one slot that is not load-bearing — it is over +600% primary damage at full thralls, additive with your other damage mods, and it is the slot to change if you would rather have Natural Talent or more range. Mesmer Shield is the new augment, worth 50% strength towards the skin alone.
Nothing is subsumed. The source lists eight Helminth options and commits to none; Roar is the one it recommends first, over Enthrall or Danse Macabre. Archon shards are recommended there too — amber cast speed, crimson strength — but they are not fitted on the board it publishes, so they are not fitted here.
Two slots carry no forma: Umbral Intensify and Thrall Pact both sit at full drain. The board still fits, at 73 of 74 capacity.
